Hey y’all!
I wanted to hear some opinions on what we all know exists… animosity between beauty professionals!!
Sometimes it seems people behave as if there aren’t enough hands or heads to go around. Oftentimes people in the same industry will be hesitant or simply refuse to share tips and tricks, product insights, or connections!
Why do you think this is? Have you had any experience with this? What can we all do as whole to change the climate surrounding “plugging” our colleagues?
I believe we need to do more sharing and more caring. We all have space to succeed as we all are unique and offer different experiences to clients!
Of course this StyleSeat community is a step in the right direction!!!
