We had another delightful AMA this week with barber Floyd Means (@Wigsplitters)!
Floyd shared his thoughts and insights on so many topics, including:
- His secret to growing his business has been a combination of exceptional service, nonstop promotion, and being down-to-earth and caring with his clients.
- When it comes to finding your niche, Floyd encourages to look beyond your comfort zone. “Sometimes your niche isn’t what you’re best at. It might be what challenges your skills the most.”
- For Pros who are new to the industry, he recommends staying the course. “My advice is keep going no matter what. You are gonna have slow days and slow seasons. Don’t let them break you. Stay focused on your short and long term goals. Keep learning and stay dedicated to your craft and everything else will fall in place in time.”
