I use automations! Implementing technology in daily operations is so important because it allows you to show up in multiple places at the same time.
For example if I’m servicing a client and I receive a new order online, automated services can answer general questions a customer may have and can also send customers detailed information about there recent order immediately if I’m not able not to get to it right away.
So by automating certain tasks I’m confident that all my customers will have a great experience with both products and services.
It can be challenging at times but it’s extremely rewarding when you see how many people you can help.
My first tip is remember that you are the expert and nobody knows your products better than you!
My second tip is find the best sourcing for the products you want to sell… contract manufacturers … wholesalers etc once you find the best goods (3rd tip) work on your marketing strategy! Please let me know if you have any more questions
Good evening working long hours and sometimes having fluctuations in my lash business pushed me to do more. Most importantly it allowed me apply everything I’ve learned over the years about skincare.
Just because you’re a licensed professional doesn’t necessarily mean you have to offer a service… offering products just allows me to help more people faster
My apologies and yes my website is down right now you can check back on Aug 1
And to answer your question I study my competitors and I copy what works.
For example… The Ordinary is one of my favorite skincare brands. I go on there site occasionally and I look at there best selling products then I read the reviews and feedback to see what “problem” is this product solving. That’s all you need to be honest… If you know your target audience just help them solve a problem using a product instead of a service
